1. Introduction & Definitions
- Company: Express Lanes – Auto Service Center and Spare Parts Division

- Goods / Services: Tyres, batteries, auto spare parts, accessories, delivery, fitting, and vehicle repair and maintenance services
- Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing Goods or Services from Express Lanes
- Contract: The Customer’s order together with our confirmation of that order
- Force Majeure: Any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or supplier failures
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, booking a service, or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
3. Use of Website
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access
- Copy, reproduce, or republish website content without written permission
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
We reserve the right to restrict or block access if misuse is detected.
4. Product Information, Pricing & Availability
- All product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on expresslanes.om are indicative and subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to correct errors, modify specifications, or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or technical issues without liability
- Prices include Oman VAT (5%) where applicable and may change due to supplier pricing, currency fluctuations, or other uncontrollable factors
5. Ordering & Contract Formation
- Your order constitutes an offer to purchase
- A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation (via SMS, WhatsApp, or email)
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
6. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation or before vehicle release for services
- Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards in Omani Rial (OMR)
- Special-order items or service bookings may require a non-refundable advance deposit
- Overdue payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month
7. Delivery of Goods
- Deliveries within Oman are handled by third-party courier services
- Delivery charges are displayed at checkout or confirmed at the time of order
- Delivery timelines are estimates only; delays caused by logistics, stock issues, or Force Majeure events are not our responsibility
- Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery, while ownership transfers only after full payment is received
8. Service Center (Express Lanes) Terms
- All repairs and services require prior customer approval
- Quoted service prices exclude parts unless otherwise stated
- Diagnostic results are based on visible inspection and available tools; additional or hidden faults may be identified later
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, prior modifications, or issues not detectable during standard inspection
- Service delays caused by parts availability or supplier delays are beyond our control
- Vehicles not collected within 10 days of completion may be subject to storage charges or disposal in accordance with Omani law
9. Warranty Policy
Warranty applies only to genuine or OEM parts purchased from Express Lanes and installed by Express Lanes, where applicable.
Warranty does not cover:
- Parts supplied by the customer
- Normal wear-and-tear items
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, overheating, racing, or vehicle modifications
- Electrical components, sensors, batteries, or special-order items unless a manufacturing defect is proven
- Labour charges if the part was not installed by Express Lanes
All warranty claims must be inspected at our Mabela Sanaya workshop. Warranty periods vary by product and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
10. Returns & Refunds
Spare Parts
Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice:
- Must be requested within 7 days of purchase
- Non-returnable items include electrical parts, sensors, batteries, special-order items, and opened packages
Services
- Service charges are non-refundable once work has commenced
Batteries
- Batteries are non-refundable
- Warranty is limited to replacement or recharge in the case of proven manufacturing defects
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Goods or Services
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, data, or vehicle use
- We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from Force Majeure events
- Personal belongings left inside vehicles are the sole responsibility of the customer
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate contact and vehicle information
- Disclose previous repairs, faults, or vehicle modifications
- Approve any additional work before it begins
- Collect the vehicle and settle all payments promptly
13. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, such as customer contact details, vehicle information, and service history. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required by law or necessary for service delivery.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The courts of Oman shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
15. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on expresslanes.om with the updated revision date.
