At Express Lanes, we aim to provide high-quality products and services. This Return & Refunds Policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. General Policy

  • All return and refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Express Lanes.
  • Proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return of any product via a courier service.
  • Express Lanes does not provide return pickup services unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Spare Parts Returns

Spare parts may be eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of the purchase date
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All labels, seals, and accessories are intact
  • The original invoice is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Electrical parts and sensors
  • Batteries
  • Special-order or custom items
  • Opened, installed, or used items
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Express Lanes within 7 days of purchase to request a return approval.
  2. Once approved, the customer must send the product to our service center using a reliable courier service.
  3. The customer bears all courier, shipping, and insurance costs, and assumes responsibility for the product until it is received by Express Lanes.
  4. Products damaged or lost during return transit will not be eligible for refund.

Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, where possible.
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • Any delivery, courier, or handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Services & Labour Charges

  • Service and labor charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, even if the customer decides not to proceed with repairs.

6. Batteries

  • Batteries are non-refundable once sold.
  • Warranty, where applicable, is limited to replacement or recharge in the case of a proven manufacturing defect, subject to supplier inspection.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection approval.
  • If the replacement item has a different price, the customer must pay the difference or receive a partial refund accordingly.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Failure to report within this time frame may result in the request being rejected.

9. Right to Refuse Returns

Express Lanes reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
